Please read these terms carefully before using our browser-based utility suite.
By accessing and using Edifyle ('the Site'), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access our utility tools.
Edifyle provides a suite of browser-based file management and conversion tools. These tools operate client-side using JavaScript and WebAssembly. No files are uploaded to our servers as part of the intended service operation.
The services are provided for personal and professional use. Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal activities, distributing malware, or attempting to reverse engineer the underlying client-side logic for malicious purposes.
You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your files. Edifyle does not claim any ownership over the content you process through our tools.
Edifyle provides its tools on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the results generated by our browser-side algorithms.
In no event shall Edifyle or its contributors be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform.
Edifyle is architected as a distributed, purely client-side edge platform. We do not maintain a central server for document storage, nor do we provide recovery options or backups for files processed through our utility suite. Our technical model is designed to maximize individual privacy by ensuring that no data persistence occurs on our infrastructure.
Once you terminate your browser session or close the active tab, all transient memory (RAM) and temporary data pointers associated with your processing task are immediately and permanently deallocated by your local operating system. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have saved their processed output before navigating away from the service.
